This is an intro thread to DMM GAMES upcoming 2019 game 『 WIND BOYS! 』 Its theme is wind instruments x boys' high school x springtime of youth. It's slated for mobile and PC. Character designs are by Natsuko-san (@blau678). Music is by Sakamoto Hideki (@HidekiSakamoto) who is known for composing music for games like Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Hakuouki: Shinkai, Toukiden, etc.

BACKGROUND

In a spring day when the sakura branches extend left and right and the buds start to bloom, our protagonist has returned to their hometown Kanazawa to start a new life as a teacher.

The school where our protagonist is assigned, Ishikawa Prefecture's Ibuki High school, is a publich high school that has been established for 126 years. It is a top class, high-level school that boasts of its accomplishments both in literary and cultural aspects.

Ibuki High School's concert band was once a regular champion in national competitions. However, it's already in the distant past, the club is more or less already disbanded.

In that moment, the new freshmen entered the school like a storm, and the protagonist is caught up in the tempest of the school band's revival---
